The Pipe & Flange Fitting Up Machine is engineered to execute precise butt spot welding for various configurations including pipe to flange, pipe to elbow, pipe to tee (transition pipe), and pipe to other fittings. To operate, place the pipe on the manual lifting hydraulic support system and position the fittings on the multifunctional platform. This platform is capable of adjusting the fittings' positions both vertically (up/down) and horizontally (right/left) to expertly manage the gaps between the pipe and fitting. The gaps are meticulously controlled by using different baffle plates, ensuring that various gap requirements are met with high precision.
