The Pipe Fit-Up Welding Workstation is a state-of-the-art solution, meticulously engineered to optimize pipe welding operations.

The Pipe & Flange Fitting-Up Machine is engineered to deliver precision butt spot welding for pipe-to-flange, pipe-to-elbow, pipe-to-tee (transition pipe), and pipe-to-other fittings. During operation, the pipe is placed on a manual lifting hydraulic support while the fittings are positioned on a multifunction platform. This platform is designed to adjust fitting positions both vertically and horizontally, ensuring meticulous control over the gaps between the pipe and fittings. The precision of these gaps is maintained through the use of various baffle plates, catering to different gap specifications and ensuring impeccable accuracy.
