The Pipe Fitting Up Station for 24-60 inch pipes is equipped with two robust roller supporters for precise pipe positioning, a versatile headstock dedicated to flange alignment, and a sophisticated fitting platform for securing elbows, tees, and reducers. The roller supporters glide effortlessly on rails, allowing manual adjustments for seamless operation.
Our headstock offers dynamic mobility, effortlessly moving forward and backward along rails, as well as adjusting vertically by manual control or motorized assistance, ensuring optimal alignment for your flange workpieces.
The fitting platform boasts manual movement capabilities along the rails, with forward, backward, upward, downward, left, and right adjustments. For heavy-duty applications, a reducer simplifies the fit-up process between the pipe and fittings, enhancing operational convenience.
