Our state-of-the-art Pipe Fitting Up Station (24-60") is ingeniously designed with two roller supporters, allowing precise and stable positioning of pipes. It includes a robust headstock specifically for flange alignment and a versatile fitting platform adept at accommodating elbows, tees, and reducers. The roller supporters glide effortlessly on a rail, enabling manual adjustments with ease.
The headstock is engineered for superior mobility, moving both forward and backward on the rail. It can be adjusted up and down, either manually or by motor, ensuring flexibility and precision in flange positioning.
Our innovative fitting platform offers unparalleled versatility, moving forward, backward, up, down, left, and right on the rail. With manual control, it facilitates seamless fitting of reducers, making heavy-duty applications significantly simpler and more efficient.
