Copper Solid Solder ER70S-6 TIG Welding Wire with CO2 Gas Shield
AWS ER70S-6 is Used for welding 500MPa low alloy steel single and mutipass welding;also for high speed thin plates ,pipe line steel welding. Suitable for welding in fields such as ship structure, oil machinery,heavy crane machinery , pressure vessels , oil-chemical vessels,shop body, bridge, construction steel structure, manufacture of Machinery and vehicle, etc.
Main Characteristics:
1. Low welding costs.
2. High productivity and low electricity consumption.
3. Easy to operate. All-position welding.
4. Very low hydrogen content in the weld and lower nitrogen content. Excellent crack-resistance.
5. Little deformation after welding.
6. Wide applicability. Suitable for welding thin, medium and thick plates.
