The Pipe Fit Up Welding Workstation is a dedicated piece of equipment meticulously engineered for seamless pipe welding operations.

The Pipe & Flange Fitting Up Machine excels in butt spot welding for pipe-to-flange, pipe-to-elbow, pipe-to-tee (transition pipe), and pipe-to-other fittings. During operation, the pipe is positioned on a manual hydraulic lifting support. The fittings are placed on a versatile platform that can adjust their position up/down and left/right, ensuring precise gap control between the pipe and fitting. Various baffle plates are used to meet different gap requirements, guaranteeing exceptional gap precision.
